Ouray County Baseball 2024 Summer League

Team Divisions & Season Dates

• Age 4-5 (Tee Ball) 
• Age 6-7 (Coach Pitch)
• Age 8-9 (Machine Pitch)
• Age 10-13 (A/AA Kid Pitch)

SIGN UP OPENS THE WEEK OF APRIL 15th

For age 4-9, all of the practices & games are on weeknights (Monday – Thursday),
generally one game and one practice per week. Specific nights TBD.

Games will take place between June 17 – July 18.

Note: DO NOT sign up through Montrose Rec if you want your kid(s) to practice in Ridgway/Ouray and play on a local team.

· T-ball League (ages 4-5)
Each team will practice and/or play twice a week on Mon-Thurs. No weekend games.
4 games throughout the season starting June 24th @ 5:30pm or 6:30pm in Montrose @ the Rec Center fields.
T-ball is all about learning throwing, catching, and hitting in a fun, laid back environment!
Practice Starts June 10th in Ridgway

· Coach Pitch (age 6-7) and Machine Pitch (age 8-9)
Each team will practice and/or play twice a week on Mon-Thurs. No weekend games.
6 games throughout the season at 5:30/6:30/or 7:30pm in Montrose @ McNeil Field & Holly Park
Kids will learn teamwork, eye-hand coordination & good sportsmanship!
Practice Starts June 3rd in Ridgway. Games June 17 – July 18.

· Kid Pitch (age 10-13)
Each team will practice and/or play 3x per week. Practice in Ridgway, games in Montrose and/or surrounding communities. Some weekend games if your child is on the travel team. If we have enough kids we will split into a rec team (Montrose games only) and travel team like last year.
Kids will focus on improving their pitching & team playing skills, as well as good sportsmanship.
Practice Starts May 6th in Ridgway. Games start late May and continue into mid-July.
